WHERE/WHEN IS PRESIDENT'S CLUB FY24?
President’s Club FY25 will take place in Riviera Maya from April 14 – 18, 2025.
WHEN WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF I HAVE MADE IT?
Invitations will be sent out in the month of February 2025.
CAN I BRING MY FAMILY TO CLUB?
The President’s Club trip is intended to be a celebration for the winner and their guest who must be 21 years of age or older. We recognize that sometimes life doesn’t make it easy to get away, however, children are not allowed at this event.
IF I CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND THE EVENT, WILL I GET EQUAL CASH AND GIFTS?
No, if you are awarded the President’s Club trip and choose not to attend or cannot attend, there will be no other gifts or prizes as an alternative.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY? WILL THE TRIP BE CANCELED?
We will do our best to ensure that the President’s Club trip goes ahead without a hitch, but sometimes mother nature has other plans. We will be keeping a close eye on the weather, health concerns, and other global circumstances that might impact the trip, as we get closer to the travel dates. It is difficult to make adjustments to a large group trip like this, but our team of professionals have a lot of experience in this space and will do what they can to accommodate.
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ATTENDING PRESIDENT’S CLUB, WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The following is covered:

Economy fare flight for the Club invitee and (1) guest

Transportation for the Club invitee and their (1) guest, to/from the airport/hotel in Riviera Maya
-
1 suite for the nights of April 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th
-
All meals in the All-Inclusive plan at Hotel Xcaret Arte of April 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th
-
Food and drinks during sponsored events/activities
DO I NEED TO USE VACATION TIME IF I ATTEND PRESIDENT’S CLUB?
No, the dates of Club - April 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th are considered regular workdays and you do not have to use paid time off. However, if you choose to extend your trip before or after Club, those days would be considered personal, and you would need to use paid time off for those days.
WHERE IS THE MAIN AIRPORT LOCATED?
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 45-minute drive from this airport to Hotel Xcaret Arte.
DO I NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND RIVIERA MAYA?
We do not recommend that you rent a car. If you chose to do so (at your own expense) please ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage. You can get around by taxi or shuttle.

IF I EXTEND MY CLUB DATES, WILL I STILL GET THE GROUP RATES AT THE HOTEL?
SonicWall has negotiated the group rate of $938/night all-inclusive for double occupancy. If you wish to extend your stay pre or post-Club dates, please inform us prior to booking your flights and we will check hotel availability. Responsibility for payment of these extensions will be paid by the Club invitee.
DO I NEED TO ATTEND PRESIDENT’S CLUB COORDINATED EVENTS?
You are expected to attend all coordinated events during Club. We have scheduled some free / “at leisure” time so you can enjoy off-property activities or simply enjoy this beautiful resort!
CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS IF I PAY FOR THEM AT MY OWN EXPENSE?
No, each traveler is only able to bring one guest.
CAN I BRING ANOTHER SONICWALL EMPLOYEE AS MY GUEST?
SonicWall employees not qualified for the trip are not allowed to attend Club unless they are a significant other of the Club award winner.
CAN MY GUEST AND I CHOOSE NOT TO SHARE A ROOM?
Yes, you may choose to not share a room with your guest however you will be responsible for paying the additional guest room rate. Club only covers the cost of one hotel per night during the trip. Any request for additional rooms needs to be requested ahead of time for availability and booking.
WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO EXPENSE WHEN I GET HOME?
The only items you can expense are the following:

Airport parking or Uber/taxi/shuttle at home airport for the Club dates in accordance with normal travel policy

Food and beverage outside of the resort on travel dates
