Air Registration

Please click on the following link and use the below directions to complete your air booking.

NOTE: If you wish to extend your stay at the Hotel Xcaret Arte, please wait to book your flights until you have been notified that your hotel reservation can be extended.

Complete your name and email and click "Accept invitation"

Set up your password and click "Next"

Complete your travel profile. Make sure your name is exactly as shown on your passport.

Next, add any airline loyalty numbers or frequent flier numbers.

Click "here" to login using the email and password you just created.

From the events dashboard, select "Book" to book your flights for your event.

Enter your departure airport.

If you are bringing a guest for this trip, enter "2" adults from the passenger drop down. If you are not bringing a guest, keep the passenger number set to "1."

Click "Search" to begin your flight search.

Select your preferred departing and returning flights. If you would like to upgrade to a cabin class outside of your trip's policy, you can select your preferred cabin class and pay for the remaining difference of the upgrade.

Select your travel profile.

Select your seat from the seat map. Please note some flight seat selections may only be accessible after booking the flight directly through the airline's website.

If you'd like to upgrade your seat within the cabin class, you can select a paid upgrade seat here and pay for the upgrade price.

Review your flight selections.

Click "Book it" to submit your flight request. Your request will be reviewed by AllFly's ticketing team to ensure it is within policy. Once confirmed, your flight will be ticketed, and you will be sent your flight confirmation via email within 24 hours.
