Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport (CUN), collect your luggage and proceed through customs where you will be met by travel staff holding SonicWall President’s Club signs. As soon as they load your luggage, we’ll be on our way. Hotel Xcaret Arte is approximately 45 min. from the airport.

Hotel Check-In & Club Registration. Gracious hotel staff will greet you, help you settle in and attend to all your needs throughout your stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte. Use the rest of the afternoon to explore the resort and enjoy lunch at your leisure.
